Returns
Have you ordered an item that doesn’t fit? Or ordered the wrong one by mistake? That's not a problem! You can return these items to us provided you observe the following points:
1. Open the Digital Returns Portal:
We cannot always guarantee a 100% direct exchange. Instead, we recommend returning the unwanted items as returns and placing a new order for the desired items. Click here or register your return online and follow the instructions in the portal.
2. Pack items:
Pack the items carefully. Preferably use the original packaging in which the individual items were sent to you. Other suitable packaging may also be used for the outer packaging.
3. Affix the returns label:
The label is in the box. If it is no longer available, you can print it out yourself or use the QR code. You can simply show this to your post office, and they will print out the label for you. Please make sure to remove old labels.
4. Send parcel:
Take your parcel to a parcel shop near you. Ask for a receipt and keep it until you have received a credit note, refund or new items.
5. Done!
Now your return is on its way back to us. Once we have received your parcel, we will refund your money or exchange the items. Please note that this can take up to 14 days and we have to check your return first.
6. Refund:
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return. The money will be refunded via your original payment method.
Is the return shipment free of charge?
Returns within Germany are free of charge. Outside of Germany, you will have to pay the return shipping charges yourself.
Please note:
Of hygienic reasons, all items with a hygiene seal that have been opened after delivery cannot be exchanged or returned.
The returned items must be in perfect and resalable condition.
